  Based upon the reviews, I thought that my shoes would be repaired in a timely manner and repaired as I requested. I needed one pair of boots to have new heels and two pairs of sandals needed new heels and souls. After four days, I didn't hear from them so I called. They told me that the boots cannot be repaired because the heel is in one piece like cowboy boots. The charges were $28 and when I went to pick up my items, the boots had been reconditioned and nothing done to sandals! He said that he cleaned the sandals and I told him that that is not what I wanted...I had already cleaned them. So, I agreed to pay $20 but they do not accept credit/debit cards, only cash or checks. I was not happy but he agreed to the $6.50 cash that I had in my wallet. I would not recommend this merchant.
