  Dr Bachner did not listen to what I had to say, he was very dismissive and arrogant he thinks that his way is the only correct way in servicing a patient. I feel sorry for any patient that falls under his orders. Take a step back Dr Bachner work with your patient dont try to control the situation

  Horrible! Don't waste your time. Waited an hour the first visit and an hour and a half the second visit only to be told there were still two patients ahead of us. Completely unprofessional.

  My husband and I don't know Dr. Bachner. We received the referral from the primary care doctor we trust.
  The office staff was efficient and courteous, the wait time was normal.
  He greeted my husband and I with warmth and humor. After asking about my knee pain, he proceeded to examine my knee while placing my knee in various strenuous positions. He then explained his findings correlating them with the x-ray films.
  He then told us his thinking about the treatment plan, making sure I (we) understand and asking what my thoughts were about that plan.
  
  So in my view, this is exactly the kind of doctor we were searching for: experienced, knowledgeable, patient, articulate and decisive. He knows how to help his patients.
