  I can't speak for Westlake Smile Center, but Dr. Bobby Afrooz should have his license revoked.
  I took my 8-year-old daughter to him to have two teeth extracted. In the process he broke one of her lower front adult teeth. I didn't know about it until we were walking out of the office, when my daughter said "I am mad at that dentist. He broke my front tooth!" I bent down to look and sure enough, the tooth was broken. I called the office immediately when I got home and was told the dentist would call me back, but he never did. I brought her in a week later when my son had an appointment, and I showed the dentist the broken tooth. He denied the whole thing, refused to address her issue at all, and then refused to complete my son's treatment, two fillings. This so-called dentist should not be allowed to mar the smiles of one patient more.
